This policy explains what SMMTicker collects and why. You can browse and compare prices without an account.
What we collect
- Account details: your email address and a securely hashed password, if you create an account.
- Things you add: saved comparisons, watchlists, alerts, reviews, and panel claims, including any API key you submit, which is encrypted at rest.
- Messages: your name, your email address and what you write, if you use our contact form.
- Technical data: your IP address and request details, which we use to keep the site secure and to apply rate limits.
Cookies
We use only cookies the site needs to work: one that keeps you signed in, one that protects forms against forgery, and short-lived ones for sign-in steps and on-screen messages. Your light or dark theme choice is stored in your browser. We don't use advertising cookies.
How we use information
We use it to run your account, show what you've saved, send alerts you ask for, respond to you, and protect the site from abuse. We do not sell personal information.
Who else handles it
Our site runs behind Cloudflare, which processes traffic to protect and deliver it. Our hosting providers store site data on our behalf. We may also share information if the law requires it, or to protect the site and its users.
Links to panels
When you follow a link to a panel, you leave SMMTicker, and that site's own privacy policy applies.
How long we keep it
We keep account information while your account is open, and security records for as long as we need them to protect the site. You can ask us to delete your account and the information linked to it.
Your choices
You can update your details in your account settings. Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct or delete your information, or to object to how we use it. Contact us to make a request.
Children
SMMTicker isn't intended for children, and accounts are for people old enough to agree to these terms where they live.
Changes
We may update this policy, and we will change the date at the top when we do. See also our terms of use.
