A panel's published rate per 1,000 units differs from its previous valid catalog check. A check that finds nothing new creates no entry, and moves caused by currency-rate rescaling are left out of the price count.

### Does a removed service mean it is gone for good?

It means the listing was missing from the panel's latest public catalog. If it returns we record it as back in catalog, and the price can be different when it does.

### Why are moves under 1% hidden?

Most price changes are this small, and they would bury the changes that affect what you pay. One option in the feed shows them.

### What does Large move mean?

The price moved by 50% or more in one check. It can be a real repricing, a change to what the listing offers, or a catalog error, so check the panel before ordering.

### Why is a move missing from Biggest moves?

The headline lists leave out services under $0.05 per 1,000, moves above 1,000%, and prices far above the usual range for that service type. These are often catalog errors or prices in another currency. They stay in the feed.

### Why does a change say converted?

That panel publishes prices in another currency, shown here in USD at a daily exchange rate. A change is only recorded when the panel changes its own price, never because the exchange rate moved.
